No — it's a single-line power dialer, not a predictive dialer. One call at a time means the lead always hears you immediately when they pick up, with no awkward connection delay. You control the rhythm with a configurable wrap-up window and countdown between calls, and you can pause, skip, or jump ahead at any point.
You build a library of pre-recorded voicemail messages — record them in your browser or upload a WAV/MP3 file. When a call goes to voicemail, click Drop Voicemail (or press V): the recording plays to the lead's voicemail while you move on to the next call, and the outcome is logged as "Left Voicemail" automatically.
Your organization's Do-Not-Call list is enforced at three layers: DNC leads are flagged when the queue is built, re-checked before each dial, and blocked again on Easyly's servers as a final safeguard. You can add a number to the DNC list mid-session with one click. The dialer also warns you when it's outside 8am–9pm in the lead's local time zone, based on their area code. As always, you're responsible for complying with TCPA and local calling regulations.
Straight to the lead. Every dialed call is written to the lead's activity timeline as a call log with its outcome and duration, and if recording is enabled on your number, the dual-channel recording is linked there too. At the end of each session you get a summary with dialed/completed/skipped counts, an outcome breakdown, and total talk time.
The Auto-Dialer runs on Easyly's Phone System add-on, so you'll need a phone number in Easyly and phone access for each user who dials.
