Copy the generated HTML, open Gmail, click the gear icon → "See all settings" → "General" tab → scroll to "Signature" → click "Create new" → paste the HTML into the signature editor → "Save Changes" at the bottom. Every email you send from then on includes the new signature.
In Outlook for Web: Settings → "Mail" → "Compose and reply" → paste under "Email signature" → save. In Outlook desktop: File → Options → Mail → Signatures → New → paste the HTML → save. Make sure HTML formatting is enabled in the editor.
Yes. The HTML is designed to render correctly in Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, Yahoo Mail, and most modern email clients on iOS and Android. Some apps (like older Outlook versions) may strip background colors — the layout still works, just less colorful.
